Companies don’t endure for nearly 150 years without adapting. As Cincinnati Bell prepares for a new set of challenges, the latest season of “Chats That Matter” opens with a series of conversations centered on change. The debut episode focuses on the passing of the torch at Hawaiian Telcom as former President and General Manager John Komeiji and his successor Su Shin discuss Hawaiian Telcom’s recent reversal of fortunes and their vision for the future.
